Corrosion Audits

Following the derailment of a High-Speed Train in Carmont Scotland in August 2020, the Rail Safety and Standards Board requires better management of corrosion damage on rolling stock. ExcelWraps have developed a Wraplication to capture and manage corrosion repairs. Harnessing a bank of auditors comments and costings it provides the following information to train operators and owners:

1. Corrosion rectification cost.
2. Rectification planning and project management.
3. Corrosion heat maps showing location and cost of each repair directly on the bodyshell.
