ExcelWraps Scorecard reduces cleaning penalties by 90%!
ExcelWraps has designed a daily scorecard system to enhance the efficiency of train cleaning services. Every night, numerous train cleaners ensure our public transport vehicles remain clean and hygienic. After completing their tasks, a cleaning auditor evaluates their work using a scorecard. The scorecard consists of 50 individual assessments, with varying penalty points based on the severity of each issue. The checklist is utilized to examine all cars in a unit, with the inspections organized into six areas: toilets, passenger vestibules, catering spaces, staff area, and two separate categories for train exteriors. Since the implementation of the scorecard cleaning penalty points have been reduced by over 90%. Consequently, passengers have enjoyed the best possible travel experience with the train operator.
